We want you to love your Haloface mask. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to return
- Email us at Ibrahimdmug07@gmail.com with your order number, letting us know you’d like to return your mask.
- We’ll reply within 2 working days with return instructions and a free prepaid returns label.
- Pack the mask with its charging cable and any accessories, ideally in its original packaging.
Your refund
Once your return arrives, we’ll check it and refund you to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Faulty or damaged items
If your mask arrives damaged or stops working, email us with a photo or short video and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund. You won’t need to return a faulty item.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days.
